The next event we are doing is The Moorview Christmas Walk

As we can’t all meet up en masse means we can do the walk on our own with our dog or dogs or with our household or support bubble. PLEASE remember to comply with whatever the COVID-19 guidelines are at the time of the walk.

What we ask is you post your pictures or videos (this is optional) on the Facebook page “Moorview Rescue Events” so we can see everyone out and about walking for Moorview Rescue. Of course this is optional and we have made the group private as people are posting pictures of their dogs.

We raised £198 with the November walk Big thank you for that as it surpassed much more than we expected.

We are going to do the CHRISTMAS WALK on the weekend of 19 and 20 December.

You can do the walk at a time that suits you and your friends. The beauty of this is you can be anywhere in the world to take part.

We can then perhaps do the walk every couple of months and have a theme like Valentines, Easter etc etc. Hopefully by summer we can all meet up and do a proper walk but by then we will have built up a community and it will be like meeting old friends.

If you would like to do the walk if you could donate £3 per dog that would be great.
